Christmas Eve Foreclosure Auction

After intense negotiations between parties involved in the foreclosure on Santa's holdings,
Santa's debts have been brought current.   In an act of generosity and in the spirit of the season,
the Alleva family and staff of Grubstake Auction have agreed to refrain from
gift exchanges, the annual Christmas party, and have donated their year end bonuses to help
Santa become debt-free.  Both the family and company regret that their selfless sacrifice
could not spare Rudolph his demise, as his fate was complicated by a separate UCC filing. 
As a tribute to Santa's faithful helper, the following song is dedicated.
