MOST OF THE NEGOTIATION REGARDING THE CUSTOMER OPTION PLAN WILL INVOLVE PAYMENTS.  THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO GIVE CUSTOMERS PAYMENT RELIEF AND STILL ALLOW THEM TO HAVE PROTECTION:
